Welcome to the Underworlds Spitewood Season 2026 at Sector Mercatura!

Step into the shifting mists of battle where rivals clash and legends are forged. From April to June, our halls welcome new challengers and seasoned warriors alike. Whether you’re taking first steps into the Rivals format or returning to test your mettle, our Underworlds Spitewood season offers camaraderie, competition, and a touch of fantasy firelight guiding every duel.

This event is built for learning and discovery. We’ll guide you through your first trial games with mentoring and support so you can enjoy the excitement right from the start. Plus, the Sector provides sample Warbands and ready‑to‑play decks and you can jump straight into the action without worry.

April

We’re starting with two Boot Camp sessions: one at the Sector and one at the KENA event. These Boot Camps are perfect for newcomers to drop in anytime to check out the games. No experience or miniatures are required as the Sector provides everything you need for a sample trial. Tutorials will be conducted by our Sector Curators to guide you step by step.

Our weekly Leagues follow a straightforward Swiss format with players competing in three fast‑paced rounds. Throughout the events, you’ll have opportunities to snag prize packs featuring random alternate-art cards drawn from Spitewood warbands and Rivals decks.

May

This season ups the momentum with the introduction of Box Split events. During this period, Grand Alliance themed boxes (Order, Chaos, Death, and Destruction) are available with each box containing four warbands of the same theme for groups of four players to split and purchase. Once the box is opened, players build their miniatures on the spot and immediately join a Swiss event. It’s a fantastic way to explore different themes while bolstering your ranks with new warbands.

June

June is the grand finale where players clash to determine the ultimate champion. During this tournament, the winner will claim an official Spitewood Trophy from Games Workshop. Participation in this tournament is free for players who have shown strong commitment throughout the season.

Alongside the battles, our Golden Demon voting and award take place celebrating creativity, painting skill and the artistry that makes the community shine.

Closing Thoughts

From Boot Camps and weekly leagues to box splits and the grand finale, the Spitewood Season brings together competition and creativity. The champion will take home the official Spitewood Trophy while the Golden Demon showcase the artistry and imagination within the community.
